Yes. If you already have an assistant, we can train them in EOS best practices through our Assistant Academy — teaching them how to manage your practice with the same precision and rhythm we use.

We start with a discovery call to understand your workflow, tools, and preferences. Then we pair you with a practice manager who matches your working style and EOS rhythm. Our goal is a partnership that feels seamless from day one.

We typically work in your existing platforms — we adapt to your tools so you don’t have to change what already works. If you’re just getting started or looking to start fresh, we recommend utilizing Ninety or Strety with your Practice Manager to run weekly L10s, house to-dos, Rocks, and your V/TO.

Our team is based throughout the US. While we do our best to match you with a Practice Manager in your time zone, we’ve found that time zone alignment is not necessary for a productive working relationship.

Our packages range from $1,100 to $2,500 per month, depending on the level of support. We’ll help you identify which tier — Basic, Mid-Level, or Full — fits your practice goals and workload.

No long-term commitment is required. We operate month-to-month with a 30-day notice to pause or cancel services.
